Free viewing: Three venues are listed as free by the organiser: the Ryogokuhonmachi and Shinmachibashi dance stages (両国本町演舞場・新町橋演舞場) and Odori Hiroba square (おどり広場). Whether the streets outside the dance stages are free is not stated.

Organised by The Awaodori Mirai Committee (阿波おどり未来へつなぐ実行委員会). Tokushima City publishes no 2026 detail of its own and links to the committee as the official site. Indoor sessions run about 70 minutes at Awagin Hall (あわぎんホール) and about 80 minutes at アスティとくしま. The year the festival began is not stated by the organiser.

First held 1954, 73rd edition (第73回) in 2026. Organised by the Yosakoi Matsuri Promotion Association (よさこい祭振興会), inside the Kochi Chamber of Commerce (高知商工会議所), 1-6-24 Honmachi, Kochi. 10 August is designated Yosakoi Festival Day (よさこい祭りの日). The Asahi dance stage (旭演舞場) is not in use in 2026. The organizer notes that all times may change.
